Dr.Datsons Labs Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2014, inter alia, has decided the following:<br/><br/>- Authorize Dr. Kannan Vishwanath, Vice Chairman and Managing Director and/or Mr. Yogesh Patel, Company Secretary of the Company, to oversee the entire E-voting Process at the AGM of the Company;<br/><br/>Appointed Mr. Deep Shukla, Practicing Company Secretary as a Scrutinizer to conduct the entire voting Process at the AGM of the Company [including e-voting] and to submit the Report to the Board of Directors for declaration of the results thereof.
