| With reference to the Increase in Price, Dr.Datsons Labs Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under :<BR><BR>"The Company is in the process of exploring various strategic moves by formulating policies and by entering into various agreements for the benefit of its shareholders and it is the policy of the Company to inform the stock exchange(s) whenever the Company proposes to implement the policy decisions of the Board of Directors and that such decisions are intimated to your esteemed exchange by way of outcomes of the Board Meetings of the Company.<BR><BR>The promoter holding is zero and not connected with share price directly or indirectly for increase in share price of the company.<BR><BR>There is no pending information or announcement from the Company.<BR><BR>Therefore, whatever the increase in the share price of the Company is purely due to market conditions and absolutely market driven and the Management of the Company is in no way connected with any such price increase." | |
