The Exchange has sought clarification from Dr.Datsons Labs Ltd with respect to disclosure dated December 15, 2014 titled &quot;Outcome of the Board Meeting&quot; which inter-alia stated &quot;Taken on record The Letter of Intent for Investment in the company received from Leaders Group Asia Ltd.&quot;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;With reference to the above, Dr.Datsons Labs Ltd has been requested to provide the following clarification to the Exchange in terms of Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement:&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;1. The period of completion.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;2. Consideration amount involved in transaction.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;3. Whether the said transaction would fall under related party transactions.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;The reply is awaited.
