Dredging Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board meeting scheduled on February 10, 2017 for approving unaudited Financial results for the quarter/ period ended December 31, 2016, the trading window of the company will be closed as per the DCI code of conduct for prevention of insider trading from February 01, 2017 to February 12, 2017 i.e., upto 48 hours after announcement of financial results.
