Dredging Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that Ministry of Shipping, Government of India vide its letter dt December 22, 2014 - Office Order - 13/2014 has communicated the appointment of Shri S.Charles as Director (Finance) of the Company for a period of five years from the date of his assumption of Charge of the post, or till the date of his superannuation or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.<BR><BR>Mr. S Charles has assumed charge as Director ( Finance ) of the Company on December 26, 2014.
