DS Kulkarni Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following businesses:<BR><BR>1. The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.25 per equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- per equity share.<BR><BR>2. Mr. Shirish Kulkarni was re-appointed as an Executive Director on the Board of the Company for a period of 3 years w.e.f. July 27, 2015 subject to approval by members in the general meeting of the Company.
