Duncans Industries Ltd has informed BSE that as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, intimation for Trading Window Closure from February 03, 2014 to February 11, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the equity shares of the Company has been given to the shareholders from promoters/ employees of the Company for the purpose of consideration of Un-audited Financial Results for the 1st Quarter ended December 31, 2013 (relating to the Financial year October 01, 2013 to September 30, 2014) by the Board of Director of the Company at its meeting scheduled to be held on February 10, 2014.
