| Dwarikesh Sugar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 23, 2019, inter alia, to consider the following:<BR><BR>1. To consider & take on record audited Financial Results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2019;<BR><BR>2. To consider and recommend dividend on Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares (Series II) for the current financial year, if any;<BR><BR>3. To consider and recommend dividend on Equity Shares of the Company, if any;<BR><BR>4. To fix date of Annual General Meeting and Book closure;<BR><BR>5. To consider any other matter which the Board deems fit.<BR><BR>The Trading Window for all the designated persons defined in the Code inter alia for the purpose of taking on record the Audited Financial Results, in terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Fair Disclosure for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company has already been closed, for dealing in shares of the Company, from April 03, 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company, which had been already intimated to the Stock Exchange, vide Company's letter dated April 03, 2019 for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019. | |
