| Dynacons Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 24, 2014 to September 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>- Fixed the period of e-voting i.e. commences on September 25, 2014 (9:30 am) and ends on September 27, 2014 (6:00 pm). Members can cast their vote online from September 25, 2014 (9:30 am) till September 27, 2014 (6:00 pm). During this period shareholders of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, may cast their vote electronically. | |
