EID Parry India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on July 30, 2014, inter alia, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in connection with the above scheduled Board Meeting, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed for all directors /officers/ designated employees of the Company from July 01, 2014 to July 31, 2014 (both days inclusive).
