Eastcoast Steel Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors vide circular resolution dtd. January 05, 2015 have approved the appointment of Mr. Hitesh Vithaldas Raja as an Additional Director and accordingly he shall hold the office till the next Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Board has considered him as an Independent Director in terms of the provision of The Companies Act, 2013.
