| Eastern Silk Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 18, 2014 to June 25, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on June 25, 2014.<br/><br/>In compliance with the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 Company is pleased to provide members facility to exercise their right to vote at AGM by electronic means and the business may be transacted through e-voting services provided by NSDL. The e-voting period commences on June 18, 2014 (9.00 AM.) and ends on June 18, 2014 (6.00 PM). | |
