With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 31, 2015 regarding eClerx had signed a definitive agreement to acquire of CLX Europe S.P.A. (Italy), a joint stock limited liability company incorporated and existing under laws of Italy, through its subsidiary eClerx Investments (UK) Limited, eClerx Services Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company had on April 21, 2015 signed related closing documents, inter-alia, via its subsidiary viz., eClerx Investments (UK) Limited, so as to give effect to the said Acquisition.
