Ecoplast Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2016, inter alia, has not recommended any final dividend and an interim dividend of Rs. 1.5/- (15%) per share, declared on March 11, 2016 is to be treated as final dividend for the financial year 2015-16.
