Educomp Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that nomination and remuneration committee of the Company on August 08, 2014 by passing resolution by circulation has allotted 6,250 Equity Shares of the Company to the respective employees who have exercised their option under ESOP Scheme 2006.<br/><br/>Post allotment Paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs 24,49,21,836/- consisting of 12,24,60,918 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 24,49,34,336/- consisting of 12,24,67,168 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each.
