Educomp Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that M/s. Educomp Online Supplemental Service Limited, subsidiary of Educomp Solutions Limited, has executed definitive agreements to sell its entire 55.41% shareholding in Gateforum Educational Services Private Limited to ASK Pravi Private Equity Opportunities Fund ("Ask Pravi") acting through its trustee IL and FS Trust Company Limited.<br/> <br/>The transaction completion is subject to fulfillment of customary conditions precedents. Appropriate announcement shall be made on deal completion.
