Educomp Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that M/s. India Education Fund, a SEBl registered Venture Capital Fund, has redeemed all its units issued to the Company. Further, the Company has received an amount of Rs. 1,500 lacs from the redemption of all its units held in India Education Fund.
