Eicher Motors Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2013, inter alia, has recommended Dividend @ 200% (Rs. 20/- per equity share) and the same shall be paid by March 28, 2013, subject to the approval of Shareholders.
