EIH Associated Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 11, 2016, inter alia, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 3 (30%) per share for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>The time of commencement and conclusion of the aforesaid Meeting were 3.10 PM and 3.40 P.M. respectively.
