EIH Associated Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider and declare Interim Dividend for the financial year 2015-16. <BR><BR>As per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from March 07, 2016 till the end of March 13, 2016 (both days inclusive).
