Elantas Beck India Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Insider Trading framed by the Company under the Insider Trading Regulations, "Trading Window" (i.e. period to deal in the Company's shares) shall remain closed from July 01, 2015 to July 30, 2015 (i.e. Till the end of 48 hours from the conclusion of the proposed Board Meeting dated July 28, 2015) in view of approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>The Company has communicated the aforesaid information to its Designated Persons in terms of the Regulations.
