In view of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) interim order dated March 22, 2016 proposing audit and investigating into the affairs of Sharepro Services (India) Pvt Ltd (Sharepro) and consequential proposed change of the Registrar and Transfer (R&T) Agent of the Company, in the interest of the smooth and correct inflow of information to the members, the Boars of Directos of the Company vide Circular Resolution passed on 18 April, 2016 has decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting of the Company which was earlier scheduled to be held on May 10, 2016.<BR><BR>The Company will appoint new R&T Agent in place of Sharepro shortly and will also announce the same on appointment.
