Elecon Engineering Company Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 04, 2014 to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2014 and the Company is required to close the Trading Window as per the Insider Regulations.<br/><br/>Pursuant to Regulation 3.2 of the Schedule 1 (Part A - Model code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading for listed companies) to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of insider Trading, Trading Window of the shares of the Company shall remain closed between July 28, 2014 to August 05, 2014 (both days inclusive).
