Elecon Engineering Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 27, 2016, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.10/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each. (i.e. 55% Dividend).<BR><BR>The Board of Directors, subject to the approval of members, appointed M/s. B S R & Co. LLP Chartered Accountants, as Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of Five (5) years from the conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Further, the Company will hold its "Investor and Analyst Meet" on April 29, 2016.
