Elecon Engineering Company Ltd has informed BSE that As the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 08, 2017 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Both Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter & nine months ended on December 31, 2016, the Company is required to close the Trading Window as per the Insider Regulations.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board of Directors, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the designated persons from February 01, 2017 to February 10, 2017 (both days inclusive).
