| The Exchange had sought clarification from Elecon Engineering Company Ltd with respect to the media report titled "The Company is expected to get orders worth 200 - 300 crs" appearing on CNBC TV18 on September 02, 2014,<br/><br/>Elecon Engineering Company Ltd has replied as under:<br/> <br/>"The News report titled "The Company is expected to get orders worth Rs. 200 - 300 crs" was with respect to Elecon EPC Projects Ltd. (a subsidiary of Elecon Eng. Co. Ltd.) and not in respect of Elecon Eng. Co. Ltd., which is a listed Company. <br/> <br/>The statement "The Company is expected to get orders worth 200 - 300 crs" was made to just show that there are live enquiries worth Rs. 200-300 crs. Which may result into confirm orders and that too in Subsidiary of Elecon Eng. Co. Ltd. i.e. Elecon EPC Projects Ltd." | |
