Singhi & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration Number 302049E) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company from the conclusion of 62nd AGM till the conclusion of 67th AGM of the Company.<BR> <BR> Please find enclosed the proceedings of the 62nd Annual General Meeting held on 15 September 2017.<BR> <BR> This may be treated as intimation under Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations, if any, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015.<BR>
