Further, pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring And Reporting Trading by Insiders ('the Code'), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons (i.e. Directors/Officers) and other connected persons as covered under the Code from 1 November 2017 and shall open 48 hours after the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results are submitted to the stock exchanges.
