Electrosteel Castings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 11, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 and will also consider merger of Mahadev Vyapaar Private Limited, a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with Electrosteel Castings Limited.
