This is to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today, has inter-alia approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2017.<BR> <BR> In compliance with provisions of Regulation 33, 52 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations, 2015'), please find enclosed the following documents:<BR> <BR> i.Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2017 along with a copy of Limited Review Report of Auditors' thereon;<BR> <BR> ii.Certificate of the Debenture Trustee required under Regulation 52(5) Listing Regulations, 2015.<BR> <BR> Time of Commencement of Meeting: 1500 Hours<BR> Time of Conclusion of Meeting: 1710 Hours<BR> <BR> This is for your information and records.<BR>
