Electrosteel Castings Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, and pursuant to Clause 36 of Listing Agreement, Trading Window for dealing in the Companys shares will remain closed from August 02, 2014 to August 13, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Board meeting to be held on August 11, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 as well as merger of Mahadev Vyapaar Private Limited, a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with the Company, amongst other agendas.
