Electrosteel Steels Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to Corporate Debt Restructuring Package, preferential allotment of 22.25 crores equity shares of Rs. 10 each fully paid up to Electrosteel Castings Limited, Promoter Company, has been listed and admitted for dealings on both the Stock Exchanges i.e. National Stock Exchange Limited and Bombay Stock Exchange Limited from October 28, 2014.
