Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Electrosteel Steels Limited will be held on Monday, the 15th day of May, 2017, inter-alia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2017. Further note that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Window" for trading In equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 06, 2017 and will open 48 hours after the announcement of the outcome of the meeting on May 15, 2017 by the Company.
