| Electrotherm (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following business:<BR><BR>- To consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all Designated Employees (including Directors) shall remain closed for the period from May 19, 2016 and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the time of publication of the aforesaid Financial Results. Hence all Designated Employees (including Directors) shall not deal in any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. | |
