Electrotherm (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider the following business:<br/><br/>- To consider and take on record Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter ended on June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all Designated Employees (Including Directors) shall remain closed for the period August 04, 2014 to August 13, 2014 (both days Inclusive). Hence all Designated Employees (Including Directors) shall not deal in any transaction Involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
