Electrotherm (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following;<BR><BR>1. The Board has accepted the Resignation of Mr. Jigar Shah from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from August 14, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Mr. Shailesh Bhandari, Managing Director of the Company appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from August 14, 2015.
