Elgi Equipments Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia;<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To consider recommendation of Dividend on 158454508 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 1 each for the financial year 2014-15, if any.<BR><BR>Further, the Companys Code of Conduct on Insider Trading, the Trading Window for Companys shares is closed for a period from May 18, 2015 to May 30, 2015 (i.e. till the next day of the above scheduled Board Meeting).
