EMA India Ltd has informed BSE that Ms. Namita Sabarwal is appointed as Company Secretary w.e.f. November 01, 2014 of the Company.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, Ms. Namita Sabarwal is also designate as Compliance Officer of the Company in terms of clause 47 of the Listing Agreement to comply with the various provisions of Listing Agreements and Security Laws.
