Emami Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Code of Internal Procedure of Conduct of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992, the Trading Window of Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from October 18, 2014 to October 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) for all designated persons of the Company due to consideration and approval of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014 in the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on October 29, 2014.<br/><br/>This is for the information for all concerned persons.
