Emami Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 05, 2016, inter alia, has recommended Dividend of 700% (Rs. 7 per equity share of Re. 1/-) for the financial year ended March 31, 2016 subject to approval of shareholders in Annual General Meeting.
