The Exchange has sought clarification from Emami Ltd with respect to news article appearing in The Times Of India on October 20, 2014 titled "JandJ to sell 2 brands in India for Rs 300 Crs."<br/><br/>Emami Ltd replied stating "We would to clarify that the Company has not entered into any such arrangement so as to make intimation to the Stock Exchange. It is a media report over which the company has no control and the Company has not made any statement in this regard."
