Engineers India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 07, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter ended on September 30, 2014 (Q2).<br/><br/>For the aforesaid purpose, the Trading Window for trading in EILs Shares shall remain closed during the period from<br/>October 22, 2014 to November 09, 2014 (both days inclusive) pursuant to the 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in dealing with the Securities of Engineers India Limited. The Trading Window shall re-open on November 10, 2014. Accordingly, all concerned to whom the above said code is applicable have been requested not to trade in the EILs shares during the period of closed Trading Window.
