| Engineers India Ltd has informed BSE about the following changes in the Board of Directors:<br/><br/>1. Shri D. Moudgil, Director (Projects) ceased to be the Director of the Company w.e.f. September 01, 2014 on attaining the age of superannuation on August 31, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Shri Ashwani Soni, Executive Director (Projects), Engineers India Limited has been appointed as Director (Projects), Engineers India Limited vide Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas Letter dated July 07, 2014, from the date of his assumption of charge of the post on or after September 01, 2014 or till the date of his superannuation or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.<br/><br/>3. Shri Ashwani Soni has assumed the charge of the post of Director (Projects) of Engineers India Limited w.e.f. September 01, 2014. | |
