| With reference to the earlier letter dated May 06, 2016 regarding Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on May 23, 2016 to consider and approve, inter-alia, Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2016 and Recommendation of final dividend for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Engineers India Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has been decided to reschedule the above said meeting on May 25, 2016 inter-alia, to (i) consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2016 and (ii) Recommendation of final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>Consequently, for the aforesaid purpose, the Trading Window for trading in EIL's securities shall remain closed till May 27, 2016 i.e. from May 07, 2016 to May 27, 2016 (both days inclusive) pursuant to the EIL's "Code of Practice and Procedure for Fair Disclosures of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons". The Trading Window shall now re-open on May 28, 2016 (instead of May 26, 2016). Accordingly, all concerned to whom the above said code is applicable have been requested not to trade in the EIL's securities during the period of closed Trading Window. | |
