Engineers India Ltd has informed BSE that Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises, Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) vide its letter dated June 24, 2014, has informed that the Government has decided to grant Navratna Status to Engineers India Limited. The exercise of Navratna powers by the Board of Engineers India Limited will be subject to guidelines and conditions laid down vide DPE's OMs dated July 22, 1997 and August 05, 2005.
