Engineers India Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 30, 2015 inter alia, to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2014 (Q3).<BR><BR>For the aforesaid purpose, the Trading Window for trading in EIL's shares shall remain closed during the period from January 20, 2015 to February 01, 2015 (both days inclusive) pursuant to the "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in dealing with the Securities of Engineers India Limited". The Trading Window shall reopen on February 02, 2015. AccordIngly, all concerned to whom the above said code is applicable have been requested not to trade in the EIL's shares during the period of closed Trading Window.
