| Engineers India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2014, inter alia, to :<br/><br/>1. consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2014 and <br/><br/>2. Recommendation of final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2013-14.<br/><br/>For the aforesaid purpose, the Trading Window for trading in EIL's shares shall remain closed during the period from May 13, 2014 to May 25, 2014 (both days inclusive) pursuant to the "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in dealing with the Securities of Engineers India Limited". The Trading Window shall re-open on May 26, 2014. Accordingly, all concerned to whom the above said code is applicable have been requested not to trade in the EIL's shares during the period of closed Trading Window. | |
