Entertainment Network (India) Ltd has informed BSE that based on the approval and recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and pursuant to the provisions of sections 152, 196, 197, 203 read with Schedule V and all other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and all applicable rules made under the Companies Act, 2013, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the reappointment of Mr. Prashant Panday as the Managing Director & CEO for a term of five years with effect from July 01, 2016. The said reappointment is subject to the approval of the Members of the Company and subject to all other concerned statutory, regulatory and other authorities, if and to the extent applicable and required.
