Era Infra Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to Clause-36 of Listing Agreement with Stock Exchange and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain close for approval of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 for the Directors, Officers and Designated Employees from August 12, 2014 till 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the Stock Exchanges.
