| With reference to the earlier letter dated May 19, 2015, relating to postponement of Board Meeting dated May 20, 2015, Era Infra Engineering Ltd has now informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30 2015, to consider, approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter & Financial Year ended March 31, 2015 among other things.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to Schedule B of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain close for declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter & Financial Year ended March 31, 2015 for the connected persons and designated persons as defined under the aforesaid regulations from May 28, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the Stock Exchanges. | |
